Short-Form Content Strategist

Role Overview:
 

We are looking for a Short-Form Content Strategist to help creators grow through high-performing content on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Responsibilities:
 

  • Analyse creator content and identify performance improvements

  • Develop short-form content strategies tailored to each creator

  • Identify trends, formats, and hooks that perform well

  • Advise on content structure, pacing, and retention

  • Support creators in growing their audience and engagement
     

Requirements (Essential):
 

  • Strong understanding of short-form content platforms

  • Knowledge of trends, algorithms, and audience behaviour

  • Ability to analyse and improve content performance

  • Creative thinking and clear communication
     

Requirements (Preferable):
 

  • Experience growing a social media account

  • Experience working with creators or brands

Editor

Role Overview:
 

We are looking for a Video Editor to create high-quality long-form and short-form content for creators, podcasts, and streamers

Responsibilities:
 

  • Edit long-form content (podcasts, YouTube videos)

  • Create short-form clips for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts

  • Add captions, pacing, and visual enhancements

  • Follow creative briefs and brand styles

  • Deliver edits to a high standard and within deadlines
     

Requirements (Essential):

  • Experience with editing software (Premiere Pro, Da Vinci Resolve, etc.)

  • Strong understanding of pacing and storytelling

  • Ability to edit for engagement and retention

  • Attention to detail

  • ​Work to tight timelines
     

Requirements (Preferable):
 

  • Experience creating high-performing or viral content

  • Knowledge of social media content trends

Podcast Producer

Role Overview
 

We are looking for a Podcast Producer to support creators in planning, structuring, and producing high-quality podcast content.

Responsibilities:
 

  • Support podcast planning, structure, and episode ideas

  • Assist with recording setup and workflow

  • Oversee content quality and consistency

  • Support publishing and distribution processes

  • Help maintain a consistent release schedule
     

Requirements (Essential):
 

  • Understanding of podcast formats and production

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Knowledge of audio quality and content flow

  • Ability to guide creators through the process
     

Requirements (Preferable):
 

  • Experience running or producing a podcast

  • Familiarity with podcast platforms and tools
